Updates 2005 - April 2006
Updates May - August 2006

9.2.06 First and foremost, I'd like to thank the fine folks at Banana Hosting for their effectiveness in making sure this website returns online. And I'd also want to thank you, the family members - and Anthony, as well - for tipping me off about the site being down. (And of course, Pam, for forwarding me a few of those emails.)
I am organizing a round table meeting this Wednesday evening at 7 pm, and it will be in a voice/chat room on the Paltalk network. Click on the link to download the free software; the system is free to use, you can communicate via microphone or text (only if you wish to view other members' webcams, would you pay for a subscription). The intent of this meeting, as we marked our 1-year anniversary last week, is just to get as many fans together as possible and discuss what we can do to make your experience better. You can listen to other chickens talk, or listen to Cooper Lawrence - it's all up to you. Look for the room named "The Pam Stone Show aka The Funny Farm" - it may not be available right now, but it should definitely be open around 6:45 PM ET on Wednesday, so until then, you have enough time to download the software, sign up, and get acquainted with the system.
Enjoy your Labor Day Weekend, everyone. And if you're headed to the T.R.O.T. event tonight, or the Monty performance tomorrow, or both, or neither (weather permitting, of course), have fun.

9.5.06 Ah, it's that time of year once again when wearing white is taboo... Anyway, even if you're fashionable late, we hope you'll join us in Paltalk tomorrow evening at 7:00 PM ET (details in the update below).
Meanwhile, still no word as to where Pam is going to end up next, so...
Here's a couple of sleepy, snoring basset hounds - I'm sure anyone who attended a weekend barbecue felt the same way...

9.6.06 By popular demand, the photos on the "Rats, Rats, Rats" sneak peek page have been resized; however, the original sizes remain on the server in link form only - for those who wish to make it their wallpaper or screen saver. (And really, who doesn't want the pups doing their impression of the Bush/Cheney administration as their screen saver?)
Hope to see you chickens in Paltalk this evening, starting at 7 PM sharp, but you can get there earlier...
Meanwhile, still no word yet as to where Pam will end up on the radio, so...
Here's the Whitest Kids You Know!

9.7.06 Thanks to the hundreds of you who participated in the Paltalk session - you chickens nearly crashed the server, so proud of you!
But seriously... To mark our one-year anniversary, you're invited to a Bananarama... Sunday, October 1, Buffalo Wild Wings... Click here for all the info you need to know.
Meanwhile, still no word yet as to where Pam will end up on the radio, so...
Here's a bunch of wacky high-school kids. I think they're doing an Elton John number, I'm not sure...

9.8.06 Yes, I'm so glad it's back... It's been months and I was about ready to go into withdrawal... But now that football is back, I'm going to party like it's Super Bowl XXXIX!
Meanwhile, still no word yet as to where Pam will end up on the radio, so...
For you die-hard equestrians out there... Here's some horse footage!

9.9.06 Singer/songwriter and friend of the show Edwin McCain will be performing next Saturday night, September 16th, at Amos Southend, located at 1423 South Tryon Street in Charlotte. Show scheduled for an 8:30 PM start, and ages 16 and up are welcome; admission just $20.00 per. Click here to purchase tickets online.
For more information... Here's the Bay City Rollers!

9.11.06 On this day, the fifth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on America, let us not forget those that gave their lives on that fateful day.
For an extensive look back at the events on that day, view the Wikipedia entry on 9/11.
How 'bout them Panthers, eh? Think they coulda used No. 89 yesterday? Falcons prevail, 20-6, your final. Click on the Sports Page link on the left menu for breaking sports news as it happens...
Meanwhile, still no word yet as to where Pam will end up on the radio, so...
In the meantime, join our Myspace page. If you need some help... Here's a Myspace seminar!

9.12.06 Couple reminders: Tickets for Edwin McCain's 9/16 show at Amos Southend are still on sale (details below in our 9/9 blurb). And why not cap off the weekend by seeing Monty play on his mandolin at Ri-Ra's on Sunday?
Meanwhile, still no word yet as to where Pam will end up on the radio, so...
Here's the late "Grandpa" Al Lewis.

9.13.06 A heads-up for you Edwin McCain fans: The dude with the big voice (and the huge head) will be appearing on Cooper Lawrence on Friday evening to promote his gig the following night at Amos Southend (more info below). Don't forget to check out his Myspace...
Meanwhile, still no word yet as to where Pam will end up on the radio, so...
Here's a couple of whacked-out teenage girls - and since neither has the identity "Lonelygirl15", these chicks are for real...

9.14.06 Still no word yet on Pam's return to the airwaves - but if I were you, I'd keep checking back, because hey, ya never know...
In the meantime... Here's a toilet paper mummy!

9.15.06 Reminder: listen for friend of the show Edwin McCain tonight on the Cooper Lawrence show on WLNK beginning at 7 PM (their Friday 80's show has moved to Saturdays, by the way), and go see him on Saturday at Amos Southend (more details below)...
Meanwhile, no word yet on Pam's return - hang in there, chickens. In the meantime...
You American Idol fans might get a kick out of this: A singing ventriloquist - as judged by Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul on "The X Factor" (British TV).

9.16.06 Have fun to all those attending the Edwin McCain gig tonight, and/or Monty's gig tomorrow night.
By the way, an overdue item to report: Pam has had a new blog entry on the Tryon Daily Bulletin's web site - for about a week now! Apologies for not reporting it sooner, but hey, the blog's not going anyhwere... And speaking of the world's smallest daily newspaper, published continuously since 1921: If you happen to have a copy of Friday's edition, hold onto it: for it's an instant collector's item - that's all I'm going to say...

9.18.06 How 'bout them 0-2 Panthers - you know you've got a tough road ahead when the kicker is throwing a game-tying touchdown on you... Then again, be grateful your quarterback isn't Walter the Farting Dog (QB)...
Oh yeah, Pam - still no word as to when she'll be returning to the radio, so...
Time to go to Taco Town! (I hear Anthony is a frequent customer...)

9.19.06 My apologies for failing to mention that this past Saturday was Pip's birthday. To her, we say: here's to 60 more! (Kidding!) And I believe this coming Saturday is Paul's birthday as well...
Also this weekend, the return of... my little fleabit Internet radio station, AM 930 The Cockroach - thanks to those who tested it out last Saturday...
Meanwhile, still no word as to when our Aunty Pam will be returning to the radio, so...
If you enjoyed going to Taco Town yesterday... Here's the no-frills version!

9.20.06 Our Aunty Pam's in the news - she spoke at the city council regarding zoning laws. Oh, and apparently, something very exciting is expected to happen on September 26 - and it ain't an ordinance orgy... Read on...

9.21.06 Exciting news. Okay, so it's been a year, and you might be growing a little bored by the layout, so we're putting a new look on the website. Similar to this one, but with a little more, er, ap-peal... It'll go into effect sometime on Sunday.
Speaking on Sunday - as in October 1 - have you made your plans to join the chickens at Buffalo Wild Wings for the big Bananarama? Click on the link above for more info: there's new detailed information regarding reserving tables. We certainly hope there isn't any inconvenience - it can be done, you just have to show up early. More info on the link up top...
Meanwhile, no word as to when exactly Pam is returning to the radio, so...
Here's a live performance from K.T. Tunstall.

9.22.06 Just blog it. Two new blogs from Pam, one on her Tryon Daily Bulletin blog... and a very important message to you family members on our blog. Both links are at the top of this page.
Still no official word, so...
Here's a live performance from Bowling For Soup.
